Unexpected blessings

Today I’m sharing a devotional reminding us that our God specializes in making beauty from ashes, or as Elevation Worship sings, graves into gardens. Here’s a short passage from James Banks in Our Daily Bread, which takes us from Peter Pan to Ruth. Read ‘Hard Ground and Tender Mercy’ by clicking here.

If you had fingers the size of hot dogs, name two activities you might have trouble doing…
1- typing
2- put on clothes or shoes
3- sewing
4- braiding or combing your hair
5- picking up things

Congratulations to Gabriel from Mount Vernon, who guessed correctly and wins the $5 gift card to Everlasting Cup.

Thanks for listening!
