Today is our first Afternoon Drive of the Holly Jolly 25 season! We’ve got all Christmas music through December 25th.
For Monday Motivation today, we’re featuring a non-Christmas song, but the lyrics still speak strongly to a prayer we all need this time of year – Holy Spirit Come, from Patrick Mayberry.
We’re on the edge of a new beginning God, we know you have so much more We’re looking to a new horizon We’re praying for Your rain to pour
An overflowing of true redemption An overflowing of Your kingdom We’re ready for a real revival
Oh Holy Spirit come Like a flood, like a fire Holy Spirit fall In this place, fill our hearts Holy Spirit come Like a flood, like a fire
Name something that usually comes in pairs.

I was born November 27, 1701 in Uppsala, Sweden.
My father was an astronomy professor and my uncle was a botanist
I chose physics and astronomy as my areas of emphasis
I created a temperature scale that now bears my name
I originally scaled 0 degrees as boiling and 100 degrees as freezing, but that was eventually reverted
I also participated in an expedition to the Arctic Circle to measure the shape of the earth
Who Am I? It’s a STUMPER. Join Judah next Wednesday and see if you can figure it out.

It’s Thanksgiving Week! Today’s Monday Motivation is themed for this week, as we’re sharing Brandon Lake’s song ‘Gratitude.’
Brandon Lake shared in interview with Billboard magazine that song came about during a trip to Australia to co-write with friends who were in Hillsong. During a writing session with Benjamin Hastings at an apartment overlooking the Sydney Opera House, Lake discussed with Hastings over how they had nothing to God that is impressive, and how humbling it was. That thought inspired the lyrics of the song.[

With the holidays quickly approaching, we have to be honest with ourselves. Of course we love getting together with family and friends and making memories, but there’s also another big reason we love them…the food. With so many classic and iconic holiday staples, we had to ask…what’s better: egg nog or hot chocolate? YOU had some opinions!
Carolyn said that egg nog milkshakes are one of her favorites! Gretchen meanwhile wonders who in the world likes hot chocolate? Kelly was another hot chocolate lover, saying that peppermint hot chocolate is even better!
The Totally Tasty Tom Turkey Hunt continues on WNZR! Congratulations to Jim & Barry for catching Tom Turkey today! Keep listening for your chance to get registered for a 14-16 pound turkey from Smithhislers Meats in Mount Vernon!

Today’s Monday Motivation comes from Anne Wilson and her collaboration with Chris Tomlin, ‘The Cross.’
Anne shared this message on her Facebook and Instagram pages this summer, explaining how she hopes it inspires listeners to turn back to God:
“A rebel knows who paid the price for her mistakes,” Wilson said. “1 Peter 2:24 says, ‘He Himself bore our sins and His body on the tree, so that having died to sin we might live for righteousness. By His wounds, you have been healed.’”
“I wrote the song ‘The Cross’ on my new album as a reminder of what Jesus did for us — that He gave up His life so that we can have life in and through Him,” she continued. “And I want to remind all of you that no matter what you have done, no matter how far you have run from God, that it is never too late to come back to Him. He loves you so much, and He gave up everything to give you everything.”
Name a sound you might hear if you were near a barn.
