Today was Who Knew Wednesday on the show, and we shared lots of stories of people who had their lives saved by things you wouldn’t necessarily expect to save someone.
Here’s a list of all the stories we shared, you can click on each for the whole article.
- A man’s life was saved because he ordered pizza almost every night.
- A baby falling from a window was saved twice by landing on a man’s head.
- A man was saved from a bear attack by Justin Bieber’s song Baby.
- A man being attacked by a mountain lion was saved by a bear.
- The iPhone app Siri saved a teenager who was pinned under his 5,000 pound truck.
- An Apple Watch helped save a man who was suffering a heart attack.
- And one that we didn’t have time to share, which happened all the way back in 1995, where a cheesehead saved a man’s life.
Our Word of the Day was nomenclature (NOH-mun-klay-cher), a noun meaning a name or designation, or the act of naming something. You can read more on that here.
Have an awesome Wednesday evening!
