Spreading the Love!

Today’s Motivation comes from CAIN and their latest song, ‘Any More.’ The song was co-written by the Cain siblings, Madison, Taylor and Logan, with Jeff Pardo and Matthew West.

Here’s what Taylor told CCM Magazine last May about this song, “As a new mom, I’m starting to understand the love of God a little bit better. When I look at my daughter Stevie, I don’t need anything in return from her. There’s nothing she could do to change the amount of love that I have for her. The enemy lies to us, tries to tell us that we’ve made too many mistakes, that we’re too far gone, and that God couldn’t love us anymore. We hope when you hear this song, you can sing it victoriously knowing the truth is that God couldn’t love you any more than He does right now.”

Today’s winners:
Mike from Mount Vernon – answered this question: A winged figure is often associated with Valentine’s Day. The Greeks called him Eros but today we know him by what name? The answer? Cupid.
Mike wins a certificate for a dozen carnations to Flowers For You.
Lisa from Mount Vernon – answered this question: Shakespeare mentions Valentine’s Day in which of his plays? Ironically, this play deals with revenge, not love. The answer? Hamlet.
Lisa wins a WNZR goodie bag with a t-shirt and a $5 gift certificate to the Gospel Christian Life Shop.

Name something you might eat with crackers.

Soup (28 votes)
Cheese (24)
Peanut Butter (21)
Chili (16)
Sliced meats (11)

Congratulations to Noreen from Bladensburg, who guessed the top two answers and wins the $5 gift card to Watts Restaurant in Utica.

Thanks for listening!

Big year for giving!

We’re excited to share a record-breaking story of giving this year! Artist and Grammy-winner Lauren Daigle, whose “The Price Fund” has provided over $3.5 million to charitable organizations since its inception in 2018, announces a record year with over $1 million in donations.

The contributions, 45 in all, include its partnerships with the Music Health Alliance and KultureCity, multiple music schools, and organizations such as and the Caring for Covenant Fund. These partnerships have served to establish a first of its kind combined senior healthcare program and fund designed specifically for music industry veterans and legacy music makers, make event venues across the US accessible through the installation and renovation of sensory rooms, and provide funds to schools which allow children the opportunity to learn through music and arts.

Daigle has provided a way for fans to also participate and join her in The Price Fund’s efforts by donating a portion of every concert ticket sold to the organization. In 2023, over 255,000 people have attended Daigle’s Kaleidoscope Tour.
