Today was Mystery Monday and we talked all about names.

We found the Social Security Administration’s list of the top 100 girl and boy names over the past 100 years, so for our mystery question, we asked for the top male name and the top female name. Erin from Howard correctly guessed that the names were James and Mary. You can see the full list here.

We also played with a fun name generator we found from Time Magazine, where you enter your name, birth year, and gender to find out what your name would be if you were born today. Joe’s first and middle names, Joseph Dale, would be Matthew Carson, and mine, Jessica Paige, would be Emma Alexa. To find out what your name would be, just click here! Our word of the day was sempiternal, an adjective meaning of never-ending duration or everlasting.
