Emma’s Last Show

Today is National Day of Prayer! Don’t forget to tune in to National Observance Broadcast hosted by the National Day of Prayer task for a night of national prayer. the theme is “Pray Fervently In Righteousness And Avail Much,” and the theme verse is James 5:16 NKJV. I continued my series for Praise Thursday with a devotional from “Wellbeing.” Today’s devotional talked about how we as Christians we are called to build the church. That God gifted each of us with natural and Spiritual gifts for this purpose.

For my devotional for Praise Thursday I shared from “Wellbeing” and talked about how to be content in our situations and throughout our lives. Also, learning from Paul’s teachings in 1st Timothy chapter 6!

Jonathon then shared a devotional from “Our Daily Bread” and how we sometimes water the weeds in our faith. We also look at what Paul writes in Galatians 5:13-26.

Congrats to Jessica from Mount Vernon she won our Name That Tune! The tune was “Hold On To Me” by: Lauren Daigle and she chose a Chris Tomlin CD. Don’t forget to tune in tomorrow with Joe and Dylan for the NZ Top 10!

Helping A Stranger

Today, we reflected on a wholesome viral photo of an elderly couple helping a young man tie his tie in an Atlanta subway. In fact, Xochitl Dixon of Our Daily Bread took the moment as a reminder to strive to be “Loving Like Jesus”. We read her devotional today for Praise Thursday!

Timely Words

It’s Thursday, so it’s another Day of Devotion and Praise on the Afternoon Drive!

Today, Emma continued her devotional series “Well-Being” with this week’s addition, “The Journey to Forgiveness”.

Jonathon also shared a devotional that he saw from Our Daily Bread on his social media feed, entitled “God Speaking to Us”.

Devotionals and Dr. Seuss!

It’s Praise Thursday on the Afternoon Drive, and Dylan and Judah talked about Lifeline 2023, praises and Seussical Jr. The duo talked about their experiences from Lifeline 2022 and what the special event means to them. Dylan and Judah also shared devotionals for Praise Thursday.

The Afternoon Drive Co-Hosts talked about Casting Crowns coming to the Ohio State Fair this summer and gave details about the date and location. They also gave away Seussical Jr tickets during their trivia game.

Judah’s devotional from Our Daily Bread is titled: “This Love Is Real”. You Can find the link to his devotional here.
