Today Joe and I discussed Be Humble day!

We shared lots of scripture today on the show including:

• Philippians  2:3-8 – ^“3 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, ⁴ not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.

• Ephesians 4:2 -” ² Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.”
• 1 Peter 5:5 -9 “⁵ In the same way, you who are younger, submit yourselves to your elders. All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because,

  “God opposes the proud
      but shows favor to the humble.” 

  Micah 6:8 – “He has shown you, O mortal, what is good.
      And what does the Lord require of you?
  To act justly and to love mercy
      and to walk humbly with your God

  Our word of the day was “Humility” meaning – freedom from pride or arrogance.
