Welcome to the first full week of summer for us here at MVNU!

Now, for those of you who are still in school, keep going strong!
We’re going to share two strategies every day here on the Drive this week to help you finish out your school year on a high note.
Here are the first two tips from Taylor Farmon with HerCampus.com…

  1. Refocus.
Take the time to create a plan and “get your life together” before the madness of finals begins.
  2. Find the perfect study place.
If you’re anything like me, trying to get work done in my room is almost impossible. Whether it’s the local Starbucks or a quiet space in the library, find the place with the least amount of distractions where you can stay focused.

Today was also Mystery Monday, which means the return of the Mystery Box!
Joe hid something and I, with your help, had to guess what it was!
Here was what we learned!
It is not an object that people are commonly allergic to.
It IS an object that people commonly have in their house, but it varys by taste.
It can be purchased at any regular supermarket.

The item in the box?
Caramel Corn!

Congratulations to Dan from Howard who guessed correctly!

Today was also Roast Leg of Lamb Day, and being the Afternoon Drive, we would be reimse if we didn’t share a couple of recipies, right?

Here’s a traditional recipie!
This is a garlic and rosemary recipie!
And one from my favorite Iron Chef, Alex Guarnaschelli.

Thanks for listening!
