5. DON’T PROCRASTINATE
Devote an hour or so very night to reviewing your notes, reading your textbook or getting ahead on some future assignments. Leaving things til the last minute will only stress you out, believe me!
6. Relax
Set some time aside for yourself to breathe and do some of the things that YOU ENJOY doing. Take some time to draw or pick up your guitar or read a book that’s not for school. This will help you de-stress and refocus with a better mood.

Finish strong & thanks for listening!
